Hey, thanks for dropping by. I figure you're here because you caught one of my gigs, heard of me through a friend, or maybe just felt lucky on Google and landed here by accident. Well, whichever it was, thanks for dropping in. While you're here you can hear some of my music, learn a little bit about how and why I do what I do and even see where I'll be playing soon.

To Kickstart or not to Kickstart

My friend Connor Garvey just used Kickstarter to help fund his new CD. I've had other friends that have done this as well. I'm torn. Could I afford to record a CD? Yes. Would it be easier if I got some help? Sure. Would I feel guilty asking friends and fans for help? Most likely. The thing is that I've been proud to help my friends with a small donation, or a pre-order. I"m betting some people would like to help me too. It's not like I tour …

New Site/New Start

Well, I finally got around to creating a new site. I realized that when the picture of my 5 year-old son on my old site was actually from his first birthday that I wasn't doing a very good job keeping up. The site was old, tired and not representing my current activities well.

While it was nice to have shots of woodworking and plays on the site, my focus for a number of years has been exclusively as a singer/songerwriter and that's what should be represented here. So, welcome to new site and thanks to the fine folks at BandZoogle for creating a hosting experience that is great for performers.
